Santa Fe Project – Records Handling
Following up on this morning's call, in writing, for the file.
Effective immediately, all correspondence, research data, and internal communications referencing the Santa Fe Project are to be removed from active company mail and research systems. Do not delete anything — deletion of records under current regulatory scrutiny creates its own liability and is discoverable as spoliation. Instead, this material will be exported to physical media and relocated to secure offsite storage, isolated from our active systems entirely.
Jess will handle logistics of the physical transfer. I will confirm once the material has been received at the storage location.
This project does not exist in any system going forward. It exists in one place, and I control access to that place.
